Everton stun sorry Reds
Everton produced an excellent display to win only their second Mersey derby in the last 14 meetings and go top of the Premiership - at least for a few hours. First-half goals from Tim Cahill and Andrew Johnson gave Everton a command they never relinquished. Steven Gerrard hit the woodwork twice, before Johnson added a third in injury time.

nuff said.
