Woohoo
No, I didn't have internet problems. I was just too lazy to write any shit, but I was busy as hell too. Bombarded by assignments from C1001, CS114, etc...I've been trying to push myself to do them but I keep procastinating and continue on playing games through the nights even though I knew I have to do it no matter what else I'm gonna fail my FIRST year. Wow tertiary education is so totally different. Lecturers don't give a sh*t about what ya doing, but it has it's disadvantages too. When you need serious help, they do help but reluctantly cause they feel that you're just fooling around.
I've been also listening to lots of music from bands are unsigned and some of them really sound good. There's one dude who plays every instrument on every song, he's sort of like a solo artist but he writes and plays his own music. Click here to open his garageband profile which has all his songs, remember to click on Hi-Fi when you listen to the songs else it'll sound bad. I like the way he writes his lyrics, simple yet at the same time full of meaning. One song called "Envy" is about how he envies accomplished bands, it's really nice. Just check him out and enjoy his talent.
Bad news for Yellowcard fans like me, their new album's not gonna be out till NEXT YEAR. Can't wait to hear their new stuff, like the ones mentioned in the Rolling Stone Interview. If I can remember, one of them is called "Two weeks from twenty" and the other is "Lights and sounds". Ocean Avenue sounded so damn good, you can expect this to be better. HAHAHAHA!
Fyi .. the new blog address is http://roflcakes.blogspot.com :) , so update the hyperlinks at your blogs.
