Earthshaker
1 down 9 more to go.
It's the first day of extra lectures included in my dip course which commences in May. Fortunately, the people are quite friendly and open. It wasn't very dull as I thought, only that I couldn't adapt to the early timing of the lecture. My sleepy eyes were closing every few seconds when the lecturer is scribbling some shit on the board or workin on the pc. Of course being in tertiary level, we have homework on day 1. But it's really simple and a few exercises. In fact, I've finished it already!
As I was sitted at the back, I could virtually see what's going on in the whole room. There was this dude who was fiddling around with his communicator, people messing around with Microsoft Word and some even playing Solitaire. Well, It was only 3 hours so not much really happened.
"Powerful quake rocks Indonesian island, downs electricity lines"
OMG I was on dotA and when the game ended, lots of people were talking about a quake that struck not too long ago. I didn't believe it at first, but there were evidence. As shown on Channel NewsAsia just a few moments ago, an earthquake hit Northern Sumatra. Check the links below for more information. An 8.2/.5 quake on the richter scale, frickin massive and lots of people in Singapore said they felt tremors. That's like really strong, sigh .. let's hope there's not much deaths. Why is this happening again, the one on 26 December was so devastating already. What's next? They can't even confirm whether it'll trigger a tsunami or not right now.
